TunisiaLebanon: a special women DJ’s Night to stand for gender equality
On the occasion of the International Women’s Day, The EU Delegation to Lebanon is organising, on Saturday 7 March, IT’S TIME event, a special Women DJ’s Night at KED, in collaboration with Al Bustan International Festival.
Five talented women DJs will take over the decks, with sounds ranging from funk and electronic beats to reggae, rock, 80s music and lots more! Inspiring women from across Lebanon will also be sharing their stories with the audience through a series of empowering live testimonials.
This event is an open call for women and men to stand for gender equality, the elimination of all forms of harassment against women, Lebanese women’s right to pass the nationality to their children and the full participation of women in social economic, political life.
