The video that the Med Dialogue for Rights and Equality project published this week on its Facebook page is an overview of the 2nd Med Dialogue Leaders Bootcamp held online on 14-18 October, 2020 gathering 31 young civil society leaders from 10 Mediterranean countries to address challenges of common interest. The Bootcamp aimed at developing regional networks as well as a common advocacy and awareness raising action, and at building capacities around the thematic of entrepreneurship for social and solidarity economy.
As a concrete outcome of the Bootcamp, 31 initiatives will be implemented within the framework of one regional common action, named “Mediterranean innovators for solidarity” addressing social and solidarity challenges. These initiatives will receive a small financial contribution to cover operational costs during their implementation.
It is recalled that this activity is the second in a series of three Bootcamps, the third one will be focusing on ‘Preventing radicalisation and developing youth’s critical thinking’ to be held in 2021.
