TunisiaPPI4MED in Jordan concluded the capacitation programme on Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI)
The Jordanian partner of PPI4MED has organized a capacitation programme in Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) in August 2023, which will help buyers and sellers from Jordan to further develop their understanding of PPI. The National Center for Research and Development (NCRD), Jordanian partner of PPI4MED, organized a hybrid training program on “Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI)”.
The training program, which lasted for 3 days, was attended by 75 participants in the face-to-face format and 29 online from various institutions, a total of (20 Buyers and 30 Sellers). During the program, the trainers presented lectures on the foundations of applying the Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) model from the technical, financial and legal aspects, in addition to introducing the model’s mechanisms.
Some experimental models were presented in other countries, and the participants worked as teams to implement a practical application of the stages of the Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) model.
