The official signing of the agreement for the Green Park pilot project took place on Friday 20 December 2024 in the presence of Mr Mourad Mekni, Delegate of Medjez El-Bab.
This project embodies a shared vision of a sustainable future, developed in partnership with the municipality and in consultation with the young people of Medjez El-Beb. We drew on their energy, ideas and commitment to design a space that meets their needs and aspirations.
Project highlights:
- A Padel court: Padel is a modern sport attractive to young people.
- Basketball court: renovated in order to promote the game and team spirit.
- Secure spaces: so that everyone can come and play worry-free.
- Well-functional facilities: suitable for all, with changing rooms, toilets and office.
- Multi-purpose kiosk: a practical, friendly meeting place.
Designed to protect the environment, Green Park favours the use of eco-friendly materials and responsible resource management. Proof that innovation and respect for the environment go hand in hand.
Like the 8 pilot projects developed in conjunction with the municipal councils and young people from the partner communities, Green Park embodies the aim and the desire to build spaces that bring people together and motivate them.
