TunisiaSwitchMed : applications for Green Entrepreneurship Programme now open
The Switchers Support National Partnerships (the local networks of Business Support Organizations implementing SwitchMed Green Entrepreneurship programme at the local level) and SCP/RAC (Regional Activity Centre for Sustainable Consumption and Production) are opening their calls for application to support green entrepreneurs to develop their sustainable businesses.
In this first phase, the successful applicants that will have the chance to be selected will receive a tailored training to develop their green business models and green business plans.
The implementation of this activity is another crucial step of the Green Entrepreneurship programme within the framework of the EU-funded SwitchMed project.
The SwitchMed sustainable consumption and production programme aims to promote a switch by the Mediterranean economies towards sustainable consumption and production patterns and green economy, including low-emission development, through demonstration and dissemination of methods that improve resource and energy efficiency. It also seeks to minimise the environmental impacts associated with the life cycle of products and services and, where possible, to promote renewable energy.
