On the sidelines of the Davos World Economic forum, the President of the European Commission Ursula Von Der Leyen met the Tunisian Prime Minister Ahmed Hachani.
In the same context of positive collaboration, technical meetings were held from 16 to 18 January in Tunis at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, bringing together representatives from the general Directorates of European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR), Migration and Home Affairs (DG HOME) and the European External Action Service (EEAS) with the representatives of the various Tunisian ministries concerned, in connection with the various pillars of the MoU signed in July 2023 between the two parties.
