TunisiaTunisia : EU delivers personal protective equipment to internal security forces
Personal protective equipment was delivered yesterday to the Tunisian internal security forces. The delivery ceremony was held in the headquarters of the Health Services Department of the ministry of the Interior, in the presence of EU Ambassador Patrice Bergamini.
This equipment was funded by the European project CT-MENA, active at the regional level in building the capacity of government security agencies.
This delivery comes in the framework of Team Europe initiative, a solidarity action carried out by the European Union in response to COVID-19.
It is worth noting that this personal protective equipment was produced by a Tunisian company, specialised for more than 20 years in this type of equipment.
