EU Jeel Connectors are making an impact in Libya:
Beyond Borders – Coffee Talk in Janzour, led by Mohamed Alhaj Salem, brought together 20 young people to share personal stories on academic mobility. Featuring EU alumni and exchange scholars, the session highlighted international opportunities and encouraged youth to explore studies abroad through EU-supported programmes.
Navigating Social Media’s Impact on Mental Health, hosted by Yousra Ammar, engaged 12 youth in hands-on activities exploring how the digital world affects self-esteem and wellbeing. Participants learned about healthier online habits, while also discovering EU-funded initiatives like the IG Accelerator, which Yousra completed as a Libya Startup beneficiary.
Empowered youth. Meaningful connections. EU-supported opportunities making a difference.
