โ A bachelorโs degree in ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ฑ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, ๐๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ, ๐๐ป๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐, or a related field (masterโs preferred).
โ Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation processes, product
development, or entrepreneurship programs.
โ Experience in mentoring or training
#entrepreneurs, startups, or early-stage businesses.
โ Demonstrated expertise in
#ideation techniques and prototyping
methods.
โ Design and prepare ideation and prototyping materials for Hackathon participants.
โ Train participants on creative brainstorming and design thinking (Day 1 & 2).
โ Develop selection criteria and screen participants, selecting the top 3 winners
