The College of Europe in Natolin is pleased to announce the 7th edition of its annual student-led Climate and Energy Transition Nest Conference.

Building on a strong legacy of high-level academic and practitioner engagement, previous editions featured speakers such as Artur Lorkowski, Director of Energy Community Secretariat, Beatriz Martinez Romera, Head of Centre for Climate Change Law and Governance (University of Copenhagen), Anna Herranz-Surrallés, Associate Professor in International Relations at the Department of Political Science of Maastricht University, Suranjali Tandon, Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy, New Delhi.
Call for Papers
We warmly invite students, researchers, academics and practicioners to submit:
a 200–300 word abstract
a CV
Deadline: 31 January 2026
Submit to: energyconference.natolin@coleurope.eu
Contributions shall be submitted in English in the form of an abstract. Each abstract will be reviewed by a selection committee comprising academics and practitioners. The results of abstracts review will be returned to applicants in February 2026. The successful applicants will need to submit a 7,000–9,000-word paper by the end of April 2026 to be included in the conference proceedings. The conference programme will be announced in May 2026.
