The general objective of this contract will be to support the ongoing reform on the Water. The specific objective is to contribute to improve the management and the use of the water resources by improving the operational efficiencies of the concerned stakeholders and beneficiaries. This support will take the form of technical assistance services in order to contribute to the institutional and legislative reform in the water sector, through improving its financial sustainability, preparing technical studies, developing communication and information plans for public awareness in resources conservation, as well enhancing institutional capacities by conducting capacity development for the relevant institutions.
