The Twinning aims at reducing the negative impacts of energy consumption on the economy, health and environment in Israel by increasing consumers’ preference for the energy-saving equipment. Specifically, the project will support the advancement and implementation of Israel policy on energy-saving efficient products.
Only Public Administrations and Mandated bodies as per Twinning Manual of European Union Member State may apply through European Union Member States’ National Contact Points.
All cooperation is subject to the requirements set out in the “Guidelines on the eligibility of Israeli entities and their activities in the territories occupied by Israel since June 1967 for grants, prizes and financial instruments funded by the EU from 2014 onwards”, publication reference 2013/C-205/05, published on the OJEU C-205 dated 19.07.2013.
