The PNT Heritage Award is an annual award in partnership with the European Delegation in Jordan and Jordan Kuwait Bank that seeks to identify and promote best practices in the preservation and promotion of tangible and intangible cultural heritage, increase public awareness and appreciation of Jordan’s cultural heritage and encourage excellence in cultural practice through the power of example.

The Petra National Trust (PNT) is committed to preserving Jordan’s cultural heritage. Following the success of the PNT Heritage Award 2024, which recognized outstanding efforts in cultural preservation, the award aims to further support innovative projects that protect tangible, intangible, and digital heritage in Jordan. The PNT Heritage Award will highlight projects that not only preserve heritage but also address sustainability, climate action, and community engagement.
