This report has been developed by the Thematic Committee on Women and Young Entrepreneurs, after conducting extensive research in the Mediterranean region with the aim of defining which key skills are needed to succeed as a young entrepreneur, maintaining a gender perspective.
Through the conducted research, a set of recommendations and best practices have been identified to strengthen the relation between education, training, employers’ organizations and entrepreneurship, with the aim of ensuring a better preparation of future generations to access the Mediterranean labor market more swiftly
