The continuing training of trainers is regarded as the sine qua non condition for the success and improvement of any education or training system. The objective of the study discussed here is to provide a better understanding of the current situation of trainers and directors of vocational education and training institutions in Algeria.
This study covers the training that trainers have received, their convictions and teaching practices, their professional obligations and their working conditions and climate.
This report has been prepared with the aim of helping policymakers to implement reforms aimed at improving training services and the provision of continuing training for trainers.
