A new course in renewable energy and environment will be available at the University of Ghardaïa in Algeria for the academic year 2017/2018, as part of an EU cooperation programme under Erasmus+, according to a press release from the EU Delegation in Algeria.
The new course reflects the university’s desire to ensure the employability of its graduate students and to train students for the future, according to the rector of the Universtiy, Belkheir Dada Moussa.
The course is being launched as part of a cooperation programme between the EU and Algeria for employability and training entitled “Erasmus + COFFEE” (Co-construction d’une Offre de Formation à Finalité d’Employabilité Elevée).
The aim of the programme is to improve the quality of education in line with European standards, to strengthen cooperation between academic institutions and promote student mobility in Europe, the rector added.
