Within the framework of the PAP Enpard Algeria Programme co-financed by the European Union, a ceremony was organised to award training certificates to members of associations who have followed more than 50% of the process of training to structure local organisations in the Wilaya of Tlemcen. The ceremony was chaired by Mr. Said Kazi, Forest Conservator of the Wilaya of Tlemcen, and Mr. Réda Allal, Program Manager.
Within this framework, 37 associations took part in the program, allowing more than 200 participants to attend many training sessions to strengthen the associative network in the Wilaya with the aim of involving civil society organizations in the dynamics of development. rural territories.
