The European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed) and the Arab Reform Initiative (ARI) are launching a call for researchers from the EuroMeSCo network of think tanks to participate in a dialogue workshop on ‘Minorities in the Middle East and North Africa’.
The workshop is part of the action on ‘Euro-Mediterranean Political Research and Dialogue for Inclusive Policymaking Processes and Dissemination through Network Participation’, co-funded by the European Union.
The workshop will take place on 1 November at the Issam Fares Institute in Beirut.
The aim of the dialogue workshop is to present and discuss the initial research findings of the policy study on “Minorities in the Middle East and North Africa”, led by ARI, and to secure the interaction between policy research and policy-making in order to contribute to more inclusive policy-making processes.
The deadline for applications is 4 September.
