Under the partnership, 40 vocational education opportunities will be provided, including 20 for Jordanian youth who are benefiting from Al-Aman Fund, and 20 for Syrian refugees in the technical degree majors: Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence in the academic year 2025/2026. This agreement was signed by Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, President of GJU, and Prof. Ismael Al-Hinti, President of HTU. This agreement represents a cornerstone in the EDU-SYRIA and HTU’s joint goal of facilitating access to higher education, developing professional and technical skills, and enhancing employability for Jordanian youths and Syrian refugees.
