The EU Ambassador to Egypt, Christian Berger, visited an Italian-funded grain silo in Sharqia Governorate that stores imported and locally produced wheat.
The grain silo is a model for the silos that the EU is financing through the Food and Resilience Facility with the goal of enhancing storage capacity and helping to better balance market fluctuations.
