As the European Training Foundation (ETF) celebrates 30 years of empowering human capital development globally, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our new communication campaign. This campaign is dedicated to highlighting our ongoing efforts in EU neighbouring countries and beyond in preparing and equipping their citizens with the skills needed in their labour markets.

Our mission is to help transition and developing countries harness the potential of their human capital through the reform of education, training, and labour market systems, all within the framework of EU external relations policies. For three decades, the ETF has supported many countries in improving their education and training systems, analysing skills needs, and developing their labour markets. Some of them have joined – or are in the process of joining – the EU, and some are good and reliable partners.
