After a 5-year absence, the European Film Days reconnect with their Algerian film-loving audience. Since yesterday and until April 2020, more than 15 European films will be screened, particularly in the framework of the cinema festivals that will be hosted in different regions such as Algiers International Film Festival, the Bejaia Cinema Encounters or the Oran International Cinema Encounters.
Cinema lovers will be able to discover, once or twice a month, recent films, dealing with issues of concern such as migration, climate, youth or art.
The event kicked off in Bejaia yesterday. Besides, a master class facilitated by the film reviewer Saad Chakali is devoted today to the work of the French filmmaker Jean Marie Straub.
