The EU-funded “Empowering Jordanian CBOs to enhance local parliamentary Accountability” project implemented by نحن نشارك لتنمية المجتمع المدني We Participate 4 Civil society development has come to an end.
The project aimed to improve parliamentary performance by strengthening community accountability practices and increasing communication between parliamentarians and electoral rules to reflect the aspirations of voters within parliament and enhance citizens’ participation in legislation and parliamentary oversight
It was launched in 2019 by the Jordanian civil society organization under the program QARARUNA supported by the European Union and the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation Development – AECID.
