The Young Mediterranean Voices (YMV) Programme has officially kicked-off its 3rd year in the South Mediterranean region with the Master Facilitation Training 2020.

This regional event took place in Tunisia from 23 to 28 February 2020, gathering 14 young participants to go through an intensive facilitation training and workshops. The agenda covered a wealth of knowledge that a Master Facilitator should acquire for YMV 2020: from debate styles, motions and adjudication, preparation for the upcoming National Debate Training and Cascade Training, to Debate Club sustainability, media and advocacy, and finally Policy Briefs and Memoranda.

Now the participants are all ready to join their fellow Master Facilitators to kick-off the YMV2020 in their home countries.

Young Mediterranean voices is the flagship debate and Dialogue programme connecting civil society, education and policy-makers across the southern Mediterranean and Europe. The programme provides a pioneering platform to open doors for young influencers to shape policy and media narratives. It is grounded on the positive experience of Young Arab Voices launched in 2011 by the Anna Lindh Foundation and British Council and it benefits from the support of the European Union.
