The National Agency for Employment and Self-Employment (ANETI) is continuing its modernization and is taking a new step in the digitalization of its services. As part of its Vision 2030, a digital platform for online registration and management is now operational in 48 Employment and Self-Employment Offices (BETI), covering 52% of the national network. The main objective: to facilitate the process for young job seekers and businesses, and to make ANETI’s services more accessible throughout the country.

For young job seekers:
• Online registration and creation of their personal space
• Taking a localization test
• Submission and monitoring of their CIVP contracts
• Access to a remote skills development and monitoring program

For businesses:
• Creation of a dedicated space
• Online submission and monitoring of CIVP contracts
• Simplified management of their files

This digital advancement involves BETIs located across all governorates, to ensure national coverage and bring services closer to every young person, wherever they are. This project is part of Go4Youth, implemented by the World Bank in partnership with ANETI and funded by the European Union through the EU4Youth program, with the aim of strengthening the employability of young people in Tunisia.
