In this issue, the Pilot Action Programme for Rural Development (PAP ENPARD) takes stock of its three-year activities implemented in four pilot Algerian provinces (Sétif, Ain Temouchent, Tlemcen, Laghouat), supported by experts testimonials.
Co-funded by Algeria and the European Union for a total amount of 20 million euros, PAP ENPARD mainly focused on training, support and expertise activities, which benefited to more than 350 organisations or associations and more than 380 rural companies. Added to this, hundreds of people trained and more than sixty experts involved.
