Eslam Ezzat

I am Eslam, a chemical engineering graduate from Cairo University with a passion for advocacy and the circular economy. My internship at UNIDO Egypt on the GEIPP project initiated my dedication to sustainable practices in industrial parks nationwide.

Further, my participation in the Young Environmental Leaders Program (YELP) with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung deepened my circular economy-oriented mindset. Driven by my commitment to sustainability, I co-founded the Green Office for Sustainability and Egypt’s first student energy chapter at Cairo University.

These initiatives allowed me to train my peers and promote a culture of sustainability and into empowering young professionals to build a sustainable future.

A skill that you learn and transfer to others is a good deed you're doing to yourself. By being a beacon of light that leads the way for the lost, you will find a purpose for waking up every day
