I am Houda, a social animator specialized in territorial development and journalist with a diploma from the Institut National de l’Action Sociale. With extensive experience in advocating for human rights, sexual and reproductive rights, and gender issues, I have worked with organizations like 100% Mamans and Hasnouna, and produced articles on gender-based violence and discrimination.
As the president and co-founder of WinArous Adrar, established after the earthquake, I focus on protecting women’s and children’s rights and promoting local employment and entrepreneurship.
I’m also a member of the Réseau des Jeunes Marocains Engagés (RJME) and an EU Jeel Connector. My community work includes volunteering with CorpsAfrica Morocco, leading workshops on gender, online safety, and mental health, and implementing the Sémaphore Poverty Stoplight tool in rural El Haouz. I aim to further my studies in social engineering and am dedicated to improving living conditions in disaster-affected rural areas.
