Sally Ghossain
I am Sally, a passionate physicist and environmental advocate. My journey began as a Live Love Hadath ambassador under Live Love Lebanon where I showcased the beauty of my hometown, Hadath el Jebbeh, and raised awareness about environmental challenges. Discovering a population of wild bees on the brink of extinction in Hadath El Jebbeh and Tannourine, I am now dedicated to spreading awareness about their importance and potential environmental consequences.

In addition, I volunteer at Live Love Recycle, where I promote recycling practices and provide comprehensive guidance on recycling techniques and materials – fostering a culture of responsible waste management. As the administrator and secretary of the Network of Secular Clubs (Mada), I educate and empower individuals on recycling and sustainable practices, and address pressing environmental issues – such as the Dam of Bisri in 2019-2020.

Leveraging my background as a physicist, I contribute my expertise to developing innovative environmental solutions rooted in circularity and green engineering. I firmly believe that harnessing the power of physics and engineering can pave the way for a circular economy, where resources are efficiently utilized, waste is minimized, and sustainable practices flourish.

In summary, my commitment to environmental advocacy extends beyond words as I focus on raising awareness, mobilizing communities, and using scientific knowledge to shape a more sustainable and environmentally conscious future.
