I am Shella, a driven problem-solver in academia and social action. I have worked with diplomatic missions such as MoFA, Colombia, and the EU in Lebanon, focusing on transparency and election observations.
I educate students on diplomacy, dialogue, and good governance through the LAU Simulation Model and Altitude for Leadership in Turkey. I founded the youth-led environmental initiative AnaGreen, promoting fabric bags to 100 households in Zgharta.
I’m launching Fawed Forward, a project aimed at conflict resolution and positive peace by educating on identity, mitigating differences, and fostering effective communication. My goal is to help individuals see conflicts as opportunities.
