Experts in the development of advocacy and policy dialogue in favour of equality between men and women in the southern Mediterranean are sought to develop a six-day training workshop in March 2016 in Morocco.
The workshop aims to strengthen the capacity of 36 representatives of organisations of the Euro-Mediterranean region to influence policy and decision-making processes concerning gender equality and women’s rights and foster networking between those organizations.
Interested candidates are invited to read the terms of reference and submit their proposal, in English or in French, before 22 November 2015 inclusive.
This workshop will be held in the framework of the EU-funded project “Capacity-building in the Southern Mediterranean to Open Policy Dialogue and Monitoring for Women in Society”, funded under the Neighbourhood Civil Society Facility.
The Civil Society Facility South (CSF South) is an EU-funded regional programme launched in December 2012 with the aim of enhancing the effectiveness of EU cooperation with its Southern Mediterranean partners. It mainly aims at increasing the involvement of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and other non-state actors (NSAs) in sector policy dialogues at the level of partner countries by combining both national specificities and regional dynamics.
