“Technology and Society” is the first original Arabic-spoken interactive open online course provided by Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange. It invites youth to explore the role that technology plays in our everyday lives and our societies. Participants will learn from, and with their peers in an interactive, intercultural, online environment and reflect on the societal changes that come with technological developments.
Stimulated by bite-sized video lectures and other visual and written materials from expert academics and practitioners, participants exchange ideas and perspectives in weekly, live, online group sessions.
The dates for the 2020 session are 23 February- 5 April. Interested youth and educators have to apply by 9 February.
Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange is part of the Erasmus+ programme. It offers a safe online community to participate in facilitated discussions, increasing intercultural awareness and building 21st Century skills through Virtual Exchange. The programme encourages and promotes intercultural dialogue, employability, and citizenship, strengthening the youth dimension of the EU neighbourhood policy.
