The Tunisian ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research – management unit in charge of the European Research and Innovation programme Horizon 2020 (UGPE-Horizon 2020), is organising a webinar on “Humanities and social sciences: international opportunities” on Friday 29 May.
This online event aims at highlighting the added value and the innovation potential of humanities and social sciences in the projects developed in line with the European framework programmes (Horizon 2020 and its successor Horizon Europe).
The event will first focus on the innovation potential offered by humanities and social sciences. Projects developed in the framework of Horizon 2020, involving a Tunisian research team, will be presented, reflecting the wealth derived from a multi disciplinary approach that meets the social challenges.
Open call for projects involving humanities and social sciences will be presented. The webinar will focus on the important role humanities and social sciences should play in the next research and innovation framework programme of the European Union, Horizon Europe (2021-2027).
