Libya was on the agenda of a meeting of the EU Council of Ministers in Brussels on Monday 14 March 2016. “It will be important for us to find ways to deliver European Union support in all possible areas, beginning with humanitarian aid to the Libyan people”, EU High Representative Federica Mogherini said upon her arrival at the meeting.
“We will host the UN Secretary General’s Special Envoy Martin Kobler. We will have an exchange of views with him on how to proceed”, she said.
