The Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) is seeking a motivated Administration and Premises Assistant to join the ALF Secretariat and support its daily operations.
The Administration and Premises Assistant will work under the supervision of the Head of Administration, Contracts, and Grants, to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and premises and will oversee conducting regular checks on premises conditions and recommending necessary renovations.
The Administration & Premises Assistant will also manage contracts with external service providers and ensure timely renewal or action, supervise service and security teams to ensure building maintenance, maintain records of office equipment and participate in annual asset inventory.
