We place a dynamic and an online peer-to-peer learning programme at your fingertips. Designed by civil society experts who have walked the same path as you, ALF Hands-On helps you level up your skills and enhance your professional capacity in management and diverse intercultural dialogue fields. More than just a training programme, ALF Hands-On is a community-building platform for peer-to-peer collaboration and real-world learning through its free interactive modules.
ALF Hands-On is offered to professionals from civil society organisations in the 42 UFM countries and who are dedicated to expanding their knowledge and apply the practical skills gained to excel in their careers.
Traditional training programmes often lack the collaborative and interactive elements needed to truly impact skills development. ALF Hands-On offers a practical peer-to-peer e-learning experience led by civil society experts in the Euro-Mediterranean region. This approach is essential for civil society professionals’ continuous learning journey, as it fosters engagement, shared experiences, and a focus on hands-on, applicable skills.
