ALFinMOTION strengthens equal partnerships and cooperation between intercultural dialogue (ICD) operators and encourages thriving Civil Society Networks willing to deliver interdisciplinary responses to pressing issues. The mobility programme offers financial support to involve representatives of other organizations from a complementary shore of the Mediterranean in face-to-face initiatives.

ALFinMOTION – four modalities you can apply for:

  • Mobility for Action: Supports the active participation in ICD initiatives
  • Mobility for Knowledge: Supports the joint development of knowledge products
  • Mobility for Partnership: Supports the cooperative elaboration of project proposal
  • Mobility for Creativity: Supports the co-creation of creative initiatives

WHO CAN APPLY?

Applications must be submitted by the organisation (host organisation) that will receive up to two representatives from two different organisations (sending organisations) for a joint face-to-face intercultural dialogue initiative. The host organisation will receive financial support (lump sum) to host one or two representative(s); the lump sums will depend on the chosen mobility modality. The organisations can be ALF Network member(s) or non-member(s). If an applicant is not a member, it is strongly recommended to apply for ALF membership by the deadline of this call. The collaboration/activity must take place in the country where the applicant/host organisation is based in.

The applications must involve at least two different intercultural dialogue operators (host organisation and sending organisation) from complementary shores of the Mediterranean. If the applicant/host organisation intends to collaborate with two entities, these, in addition to being from the complementary shore of the Mediterranean, must be based in different countries.
