The Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) is seeking a visionary leader with innovative expertise to lead our civil society unit at the ALF Secretariat. This role is fundamental in supporting ALF’s efforts to promote an interconnected Euro-Mediterranean region and empower civil society entities within the ALF networks and beyond.
The Civil Society Manager, following the indications of the Executive Director, will lead the ALF Secretariat action towards the Civil Society in the Euro-Mediterranean region, ensuring smooth internal and external coordination schemes and procedures; actively contributing to the fundraising strategy of ALF, directing the Civil Society team; supervising the assigned budget and developing and ensuring quality and thorough evaluation of all the ALF Civil Society Unit activities, all in line with the ALF Multiannual Work Programme 2022-2025.
