Are you a young graduate interested in international relations? Are you curious to learn more about work of a diplomatic mission and how the EU Delegation represents EU interests and values in Egypt?
The EU Delegation to Egypt offers a Traineeships of 6 months within the following sections of the EU Delegation to Egypt, starting in October 2023:
- in the Political, Press and Information Section (PPI)
- in the Trade Section (TRADE)
- in the Cooperation Section (COOP)
Main tasks:
- analysis of official, academic and other sources on Egyptian policy and EU-Egypt relations;
- assistance in liaising with the different Egyptian stakeholders in the framework of the Section’s relevant files;
- reporting on developments of significance to EU external policies in specific sectors;
- draft briefings on the Section’s matters whenever required;
- preparation and coordination of high level visits, missions, seminars and conferences that the Section is responsible for.
