The overall objective of the project is accelerating the process of integration of Morocco into the European Research Area and reinforcing the participation of Morocco into the Community Framework Programs (Horizon 2020), bringing it closer to best European practices.
The specific objective of the project is strengthening the institutional, organisational, functional and methodological capacities of the CNRST as an “means agency” for research, innovation and cooperation.
