The objectives of the technical assistance are:

  • develop a national communication strategy (including an action plan), covering:

(i) the Pilot initiative for integrated local development/IPDLI;
(ii) decentralisation reform as a whole to improve knowledge and promote ownership by its stakeholders and beneficiaries,

  • support the stakeholders concerned with the production of tools and instruments for the implementation of said action plan.
