The overall objective of this project is to contribute to reach the objectives set by the national strategy such as the security of reserves, the availability of energy, an open access to energy, the management of demand and environment protection.
More specifically, the project’s purposes are the following:
- (i) Strengthening the intelligence unit in order to improve the planning and the scenario forecast;
- (ii) Supporting the implementation of the law on regulation of the electricity sector;
- (iii) Strengthening the energy efficiency and the planning of renewable energies;
- (iv) Developing the institutional communication of the Ministry of energy.
