On April 5, a traditional Iftar was organised by EU Jeel Connector Fatima Zahra Abu Zaid with the support and coordination of Country Coordinator Mohamed Zaid gathering around 27 highly influential and engaged youth in Libya around EU Ambassador Nicola Orlando and representatives from the European Union delegation and the German Embassy.
This informal gathering provided an occasion to exchange views about the available EU opportunities in Libya. The young participants raised the most important issues they face today and also enquired about the many EU programmes such as Erasmus scholarship and other ways to collaborate on and benefit from the EU programmes in their sectors of interest.
