As part of the strategic partnership between the EU and Egypt, 25 young diplomats led by Ambassador Mohammed Al Halawany, Deputy Head of the Institute for Diplomatic Studies, embarked on a visit to Brussels to get to know more about the EU, its institutions and functioning.
During the 5-day visit, the young diplomats will be engaging in discussions on current regional and global issues further sharpening their knowledge of the EU role on the international stage.
