TunisiaAlgeria : Twinning project on modernisation of National Employment Agency ends
The closing seminar of the Twinning project with the French Employment Agency “Pôle Emploi” entitled “Support to the modernisation of the National Employment Agency” (ANEM) was held in Algeria, in the framework of the Support Programme to the implementation of the Association Agreement between Algeria and the European Union (P3A).
The twinning, which started in august 2018, aimed at supporting the modernisation of the public employment service in Algeria and reinforcing its response capacity.
It revolved around three main axes: developing ANEM’s provision of services through the activation of remote means for the users of the public employment service; optimizing the use of ANEM’s tools to enhance its services offered to job seekers; and installing a training engineering approach that allows the development of ANEM’s jobs channels.
