Call for papers: towards an inclusive socio-economic model in the Mediterranean

The EU-funded Euro-Mediterranean Network for Economic Studies (EMNES) has launched a call for papers targeted at academic researchers, economists and policy experts “to present their research and discuss innovative ideas to enhance the policy debate about the fundamentals of an inclusive and sustainable development and growth models that create employment and enhance social inclusion, especially among the youth”.

Selected papers and lead authors will be invited to present their papers at the EMNES Second Annual Conference in Cairo on 5-6 December, 2017. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the organisers.

EMNES is a network of partners and associate research institutions and think tanks working on the Mediterranean region. EMNES aims to provide a renewed vision for socio-economic development in the Mediterranean region, mainly focusing on job creation, social inclusion, and sustainable development, producing books, studies, scientific and policy papers.
