The EU Police and Rule of Law Mission for the occupied Palestinian territory currently supports a series of workshops in the Police Districts in the West Bank with the aim to facilitate the execution of the Palestinian Civilian Police’ Strategic Plan for 2017-2022 at the district level.
For most strategic plans, the implementation often exceeds the efforts put into developing and drafting the plan itself. To make any strategy work, it needs to be unfolded.
