TunisiaThe EU-funded association FEMISE organises a workshop on “Social Change Makers in the Mediterranean and Africa”
Last week, African, European and Mediterranean Startups met in Aix-Marseille as part of Emerging Valley 2018, a major annual event under the patronage of Pt Macron, which contributes to make this territory an essential hub between Africa and Europe and between Africa and emerging markets through technology and innovation.
As leading EU-Med think-tanks, FEMISE and Institut de la Méditerranée organised the workshop on « Social Change Makers in the Mediterranean and Africa », mobilising part of their ecosystem of Social Entrepreneurs with whom they closely work on private-sector relevant studies.
Several Mediterranean actors came to testify about their experiences in order to raise awareness of the potentialities and challenges of Social Entrepreneurship in the South-Med region and Africa.
