EU High Representative and European Commission Vice-President Federica Mogherini has met with Lebanese Prime Minister Tammam Salam in the corridors of the World Economic Forum in Davos, the EU said in a press release on Thursday 21 January.
“Ahead of the London Conference on Syria on 4 February, both parties agreed to do more to sustainably address the needs of the refugees and hosted communities by creating jobs and providing education, offering better living conditions, and greater hope for the future”, the statement said.
