The EU is offering critical health and mental health services to the victims of the explosion in Beirut

In the wake of the Beirut explosion of August 4 2020, the European Union through its EU Regional Trust Fund “MADAD Fund”, is offering critical health and mental health services to the victims of the explosion, in partnership with the International Medical Corps.  

17 days after the Beirut explosion, the EUD to Lebanon continues to mobilise to help the affected communities. An EU supported Mobile Medical Unit is stationed every day in a different area and the health personnel on board is ready to offer healthcare services and psychological support completely free of charge across the capital’s most affected neighbourhoods.
